NITRILE RUBBER

Description

FEATURES:

Oil resistance- Excellent

Ageing properties- Moderate

Good mechanical properties especially tensile strength, flexibility, compression set and impermeability to gases.

Inorganic chemical products except antioxidant agents and chlorine- Excellent is required.

Good ratio quality/price

APPLICATIONS:

Nitrile rubber provides good resistance to most types of oil such as mineral, animal and vegetable oil, normal fuels like gasoline, diesel and light heating oils, mixture of alcohol and gasoline, the temperature range is -40 to 100℃, for brief period it is up to 120℃ Nitrile can be used for making seals and gaskets.

It can be used in gaskets and other products in which oil resistance is required.

Our nitrile rubber sheeting is also used in the manufacture of seals and other elements for industrial environments, in food processing and health industries, and in special applications for transformer oil or dielectric oils for electrical installations and equipment.
